Just 12 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and a short drive to the vibrant Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, Duke 2 offers both accessibility and tranquility.

• Expansive Outdoor Space: Enjoy a large, private, fully fenced backyard with a patio, BBQ gas grill, hot tub, and a beautifully landscaped pool area featuring a large in-ground pool and a pool house lounge. Relax in the two seating areas or take advantage of the 2-car garage.
• Comfort and Elegance: Accommodates up to 12 guests with five elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a master ensuite upstairs, and a total of six beds spread across two levels. The home features three full bathrooms and a spacious open floor plan with a living room, kitchen island designed for entertaining, dining room, office area, and an entertainment area with a foosball table, all enhanced by hardwood flooring.
• Modern Amenities: Experience home-like comforts with plush bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs for streaming, free Wi-Fi, and a starter supply of essentials. (Please note guests will need their own streaming accounts to stream their favorite shows on their favorite streaming apps, but there are some free apps.)
Duke 2 is designed for ultimate comfort and ease, requiring only your personal suitcase upon arrival.
Arrival Instructions for this property including the exact address, your designated access code and some additional information will be sent to you within 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. Please only follow up if you haven’t received the Arrival Instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-In is no earlier than 4 PM, Check-Out is no later than 11 AM. Your designated access code will only be active and the alarm only deactive during the time of your reservation (4 PM arrival day until 11 AM departure day).
Any earlier check-in (earliest after 12 PM) / Later check-out (latest until 3 PM) can be facilitated for an additional $75 fee (each), which is for rescheduling the automated access activation and alarm, depending on availability upon request NO EARLIER than 2 days before your arrival/departure and no later than 24 hrs before arrival/departure. Please follow up with us then to request and guarantee that early check-in/late check-out is available when no guests are checking out/in the same day. If you wish to have guaranteed early check-in/late check-out already at this point, you would need to select (and fully pay) the night before/after as well. Unapproved early check-in/late check-out will result in a $200 fee.
*Prior to accepting your booking request (or in order to keep your reservation when booking our property through a pre-approval) you must send us in a message 3 specific verifications in the first 23 hours after sending a booking request (or booking in through a pre-approval):
1) The first and last names of each guest and child who will be at the property during your stay. Unless previously approved by us and added to your reservation, no additional guests are allowed at the property (see section “Maximum Occupancy” below for more information). You may update this guest list until latest 3 days prior to arrival.
2) The specific following Rental Agreement acceptance message copied and pasted in a reply to us with your full name entered:
“I, YOUR NAME, acknowledge that I have completely read, understand, and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions described in the Rental Agreement of the property’s House Rules under ‘Show all -> Additional rules’.”
3) The reason of your stay.
The NON-HEATED SWIMMING POOL is only open in the summer months from May – September. The HOT TUB is open all year long.
This property requires a thirty (30) night minimum stay.
Monthly discounted rates will get calculated automatically when entering the right amount of nights.
PLEASE NOTE that pets can only get authorized for reservations of 30+ nights with explicit approval by the Management Company in writing prior to arrival with the following 3 conditions:
1.) A non-refundable Pet Fee of $200/pet (included in the total for the 1st pet if a pet was added by you. The pet fee of any additional pets above 1 will need to be requested via a separate pet fee as Airbnb only has the option to select 1 single pet).
2.) Some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see Rental Agreement under “Read all Rules”) are required.
3.) A refundable Pet Damage Deposit of $300 per pet, which will get refunded within 7 days of check out, if no pet related damages.
*Exempt from the requirements above are only certified “service” animals. Emotional Support Animals will have the same requirements as above.
*Please be aware that 15.5% of your total reservation cost is going straight to Airbnb as a service fee and not paid out to the owner.
