🔑 Guest Access:
• 24-48 hours prior to arrival: Arrival Instructions (including the exact address, access code, and more information).
• Electronic keypad access: Your access code will be active during your reservation only.
• 🛎️ Check-in is at 4 PM,
• 🧳 Check-out is by 11 AM.
Please note: If you wish for early check-in (after 12 PM) or late check-out (until 3 PM), we can accommodate this for an additional $75 fee each, based on availability. Requests for this cannot be made until 2 days prior & no later than 24 hours before your arrival or departure. If you need guaranteed early check-in or late check-out now, you’ll need to book the night before or after (so no one else can book it). Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will incur a $200 fine.
✅ Verification Required: To confirm your reservation or maintain a pre-approved booking, send us three verifications within 23 hours of your request:
• 1) Send us the full guest list (with first and last names) including yourself, all guests, all children and every potential day visitors that would stop by for any amount of time (even when not staying the night). No additional guests/visitors are allowed to come by if they are not fully added & counted on your total individual reservation guest count. (You can update this list and your total guest count based on the maximum occupancy rules outlined in the House Rules’ Rental Agreement until 3 days before arrival.)
• 2) Copy & paste this following sentence in your reply, filling in your full legal name:
“I, YOUR NAME, acknowledge that I have completely read, understand, & agree to all of the Terms & Conditions described in the Rental Agreement of the property’s House Rules under ‘Show all -> Additional rules’.”
• 3) Share the reason for your stay.
📅 Rates: Higher rates and/or minimum stays apply on weekends, holidays, and during summer months.
💳 Weekly/Monthly Discounts: Discounted rates will be calculated automatically based on length of stay.
🏊♂️ Pool & Hot Tub Access: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from the last weekend of April – last weekend of September, while the hot tub is available year-round.
🐾 Pet Policy:
Pets are only allowed for reservations of 30+ nights (strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights): If you wish to bring a pet, you must get explicit approval from the Management Company in writing before your arrival with the following 3 conditions:
• 1) A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet (paid separately if more than 1 pet, as Airbnb doesn’t have a multi-pet fee option).
• 2) Verification of current vaccination records and acceptance of our Pet Rules (see Rental Agreement under “Read all Rules”).
• 3) An additional refundable pet damage deposit of $300 per pet is required, which will be refunded 7 days after departure if there are no pet damages.
Please note: Evidence of unapproved pets will result in eviction and cancellation without a refund, along with a violation charge of $750.
"Beds are amazing! If using the heat, be warned that the bunk bed room does receive a bit more of the heat. Hot tub was incredible, and the nature around the place was so peaceful. Definitely an amazing little spot! "

"It’s a comfortable place to stay. House is surrounded by nature and it is really peaceful. I really had a good rest in my room during these days. However, there were a lot of small issues that put together made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Specially in the living room and guest bathroom: Chairs with broken legs, some parts of the floor were unstable and visibly damaged, water from the shower ran out of the tub wetting the floor. I don’t like to do bad reviews but I think this will help both owner and renters. Btw, manager was always responsive and kind. Maybe some of the issues could be addressed while we were there but it wasn’t our ideal situation being on vacation. Place is worth visiting if it’s on its 100% condition. "
"This property was well appointed with attractive decor, well supplied kitchen, comfortable furnishings and on a private street, which was quiet, but within a short distance to major highways. "
"The house is largest on the street .. plenty of space she allowed early check in so I was able to make my events that evening. Bed extremely comfortable still had privacy in my bed room away from rest of the house . Outside hot tub was an extra plus she didn’t charge extra for hot tub . Yard is huge love. I will definitely rebook when I come back . Thank you "
