By being centrally located near the airport & next to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, Stone Mountain Park, etc.).

🔑Guest access

•  24-48 hours prior to arrival: Arrival Instructions (including the exact address, access code, and more information).
• Electronic keypad access: Your access code will be active during your reservation only.
• 🛎️ Check-in is at 4 PM,
• 🧳 Check-out is by 11 AM.

Please note: If you wish for early check-in (after 12 PM) or late check-out (until 3 PM), we can accommodate this for an additional $75 fee each, based on availability. Requests for this cannot be made until 2 days prior & no later than 24 hours before your arrival or departure. If you need guaranteed early check-in or late check-out now, you’ll need to book the night before or after (so no one else can book it). Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will incur a $200 fine.

Other things to note

✅ Verification Required: To confirm your reservation or maintain a pre-approved booking, send us three verifications within 23 hours of your request:

1. Please send us the full guest list (with first and last names), including yourself, all guests, and all children staying at the property. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval and addition to your reservation’s guest count. (You can update this list and your total guest count based on maximum occupancy rules until 3 days before arrival.)
2. Copy & paste the following sentence in your reply, filling in your full legal name:
   1. “I, YOUR NAME, acknowledge that I have completely read, understand, & agree to all of the Terms & Conditions described in the Rental Agreement of the property’s House Rules under ‘Show all -> Additional rules’.”
3. Share the reason for your stay.

📅 Minimum Stay: This property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights.
💳 Monthly Discounts: Monthly discounts will automatically apply based on your selected dates for 30+ nights.
🏊‍♂️ Pool & Hot Tub Access: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from May to September, while the hot tub is available year-round.

🐾 Pet Policy:

Pets are only allowed for reservations of 30+ nights (strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights): If you wish to bring a pet, you must get explicit approval from the Management Company in writing before your arrival with the following 3 conditions:

1. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet (paid separately if more than 1 pet, as Airbnb doesn’t have a multi-pet fee option).
2. Verification of current vaccination records and acceptance of our Pet Rules (see Rental Agreement under “Read all Rules”).
3. An additional refundable pet damage deposit of $300 per pet is required, which will be refunded 7 days after departure if there are no pet damages.

Please note: Evidence of unapproved pets will result in eviction and cancellation without a refund, along with a violation charge of $750.
