*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “SLEEPS” 12 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 14 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 12 people total.
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate eviction of the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.*
Arrival Instructions for this property including the exact address, your designated access code and some additional information will be sent to you within 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. Please only follow up if you haven’t received the Arrival Instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-In is no earlier than 4 PM, Check-Out is no later than 11 AM. Your designated access code will only be active and the alarm only deactive during the time of your reservation (4 PM arrival day until 11 AM departure day).
Any earlier check-in (earliest after 12 PM) / Later check-out (latest until 3 PM) can be facilitated for an additional $75 fee (each), which is for rescheduling the automated access activation and alarm, depending on availability upon request NO EARLIER than 2 days before your arrival/departure and no later than 24 hrs before arrival/departure. Please follow up with us then to request and guarantee that early check-in/late check-out is available when no guests are checking out/in the same day. If you wish to have guaranteed early check-in/late check-out already at this point, you would need to select (and fully pay) the night before/after as well. Unapproved early check-in/late check-out will result in a $200 fee.
*Prior to accepting your booking request (or in order to keep your reservation when booking our property through a pre-approval) you must send us in a message 3 specific verifications in the first 23 hours after sending a booking request (or booking in through a pre-approval):
1) The first and last names of each guest, child and day visitor who will be at the property at ANY given time (for any amount of time, even when not staying the night) during your stay. Unless previously approved by us and added to your reservation’s total guest count, absolutely no additional guests nor day visitors are allowed at the property for ANY amount of time (see section “Maximum Occupancy” below for more information). You may update this guest list until latest 3 days prior to arrival.
2) The following specific Rental Agreement acceptance message copied and pasted in a reply to us with the name entered from you AND of the main responsible person who will occupy the home (if different):
“I, YOUR NAME, acknowledge that I have completely read, understand, and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions described in the Rental Agreement of the property’s House Rules under ‘Show all -> Additional rules’.”
3) The reason of your stay.
– The NON-HEATED SWIMMING POOL is only open in the summer months from the last weekend of April until the last weekend of September. HOT TUB is open all year long.
– Higher rates / higher minimum stay requirements for weekends/holidays/summer months are applied.
– Weekly/Monthly discounted rates will get calculated automatically when entering the right amount of nights.
"Everything was great except for the backside neighbors always having a bright light shining on the pool area all times of the night other than that never seen them. So they never bothered us unlike other reviews but it does seem like they were looking for an issue. Excellent stay though "
"Host was very easy to communicate with and responded fairly quickly. The house was exactly as listed and everything was very clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great place to stay, we had a lovely time. "
"Jacqueline's place was just what my family needed. The easy entrance for our handicapped family was perfect. The boys loved having the downstairs as their own space. The space was easy for a wheelchair. The host was always available and responsive to any needs. Having the washer and dryer available was perfect. The beds we're so comfortable (and we are bed snobs). The hot tub was used nightly and the balcony was a beautiful place to sit after a long day. All the extras like the tea kettle/coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linen and all bath items felt like you walked into your own home. We are already looking forward to returning for another family visit. THANK YOU again for your kindness! "

"Everything about the property was amazing. One con was the strict pool rules at night. All the beds and bathrooms were in amazing shape, minus the hard pillows! We would visit again🙂 "
"Positives: Dial Dr. was beautiful, found just as listed online as far as pictures go. The home was found clean and tidy inside (outside could have used a little spiffing up) There was more than enough space for our party of 8. We enjoyed spending time out by the pool/hot tub and out on the back deck during the day- the fencing around the pool area provided enough privacy from the neighbors. Negatives: The pool stairs do not have a hand rail and one of my family members fell getting out of the pool- definitely a safety issue that needs addressing. The kitchen lacks some essentials (cookie sheets, baking dishes) if you plan on cooking while you’re there. Although I’m certain the host reiterates the “rules” due to issues in the past it made my family feel like they had to walk on eggshells all weekend. And lastly, we had to pay extra money (over $200) for -potential day guests- who ended up not stopping by last minute, I think a flat rate for the max number of guests would be better. "
"The place was exactly as described. Accommodated our large group. Host was very responsive to a few issues that needed attention and took care of them. Pool was great. One area that needs improvement is the WiFi and cell service reception as there were a lot of dead areas. "
