• To ensure a safe environment for guests and neighbors, the property includes NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices in common areas and outside decks; as well as exterior security cameras on the front and side exterior wall facing the driveway/front door and on the back exterior walls facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. These devices do not have a view into any interior private spaces.
👫Additional Visitors:
• Visitors or extra guests (for stays under 30 nights) are only permitted if pre-approved and added to the reservation’s total guest count. All guests—including children and any approved visitors—must be included in the reservation guest count at booking or added prior to check-in. Total occupancy—including visitors—cannot exceed 14 individuals.
*Limited visitor exceptions above the maximum occupancy may be requested and, if approved, are subject to a fee:
• For stays up to 3 nights: $60 per visitor.
• For stays of 4+ nights: $100 per visitor.
Fees will be requested through Airbnb and must be paid before check-in, and full names of approved visitors are required.
Please note that sleeping arrangements, beds, bedding, towels, and other amenities remain limited to the property’s maximum occupancy.
Violations of these most critical house rules will result in immediate removal, reservation cancellation without refund or remaining nights, and a $1000 violation fee.
Guest access
🔑 Guest Access:
• 24-48 hours prior to arrival: Arrival Instructions (including the exact address, access code, and more information).
• Electronic keypad access: Your access code will be active during your reservation only.
• 🛎️ Check-in is at 4 PM,
• 🧳 Check-out is by 11 AM.
Please note: Requests for early check-in (after 12 PM) or late check-out (until 3 PM) can be accommodated based on availability. Requests for this cannot be made until 2 days prior & no later than 24 hours before your arrival or departure. If you need guaranteed early check-in or late check-out now, you’ll need to book the night before or after (so no one else can book it).
Other things to note
✅ Verifications & Booking Requirements: All guests must complete verification during the Airbnb booking process. This includes having a profile photo of the actual renter, confirmed phone number and email, the full legal name on the account as well as under “”show as””, and a verified official ID. To confirm your booking or keep a booked pre-approved reservation, you must provide the following within 23 hours of your booking request
• 1) Full Guest List: The first and last names of all individuals who will be on the property — including yourself, all guests, all children and any possible day visitors (even if not staying overnight).
• 2) Rental Agreement Acknowledgement: Confirm with a simple “Yes, I’ve reviewed” that you’ve reviewed this Rental Agreement under the listing’s House Rules section → Show More → Additional Rules.
• 3) Reason for your stay: Please send a brief note explaining the purpose of your visit.
🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Access:
• The private outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is only open seasonally from the last weekend of April through the last weekend of September.
*2026 Pool Season: April 16th through October 4th (pool access is limited to these dates).
• The private hot tub is available year-round.
📌 Additional information:
• The fireplace in the master bedroom is decorative and not usable.
🐾 Pet Policy:
• Pets are not permitted for reservations under 30 nights.
• For stays of 30 nights or longer, pets may be considered with prior written approval, pet verifications and pet fee. Please contact us in advance so we can review requirements and provide approval.
